Old WordPress core file were not removed during update

    I got a warning that the below mentioned Old WordPress core file were not removed during the ( lastest 5.8 ) wordpress update.

    wp-includes/css/dist/editor/editor-styles-rtl.css
wp-includes/css/dist/editor/editor-styles-rtl.min.css
wp-includes/css/dist/editor/editor-styles.css
wp-includes/css/dist/editor/editor-styles.min.css

    Should I delete them or ignore this warning ?

    Hi @sakuwasan, thanks for getting in touch.

    I actually received the same message on my personal site. These are old files that were supposed to be removed but weren’t in the last WordPress update. You can ignore the changes, or delete the files immediately using the “Delete all deletable files” button if you wish. I encountered no issues after doing so.
