    Hello,
    customers are not able to pay with amazon pay on our website. When the customer does login in and try to pay (at the last page) comes the error message: “there was a critical error on your website”.

    We have checked the client IDs etc. and talked with the amazon support. Everything seems to be ok there.

    Can you help us please?

    Hope you are doing well!

    Are you using “WooCommerce PayPal Payments” 1.3.2v? If yes, you should contact them, because there is an issue that is affecting the Amazon Pay plugin.

    Hi, I am using the latest plugin version and it gives error (version 2.0.3).

    Is there any possibility to pass you the logo so that you can see the error?

    Hope you are doing well!

    This issue may be related to some conflict between “WooCommerce PayPal Payments” 1.3.2v and “Amazon Pay” 2.0.3v

    If it’s your case, you need to contact WooCommerce support and select “PayPal payment”.

    Hey there,

    We assume that the problem was introduced with “WooCommerce PayPal Payments” 1.3.2 (not fixed with 1.4.0). We contacted PayPal Payments support and they are going to release a new version with the fix.

    Since we haven’t heard back from the OP in a while, I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
