    I deleted the woocommerce app FROM FACEBOOK settings and deactivated through the wordpress site as well, and Facebook still says “Order pending acknowledgement by WooCommerce Integration. This order hasn’t been acknowledged on your order management surface yet. Once the order is acknowledged, you’ll be able to start fulfilling it.”

    How can I disable woocommerce integration entirely?

    I am having this exact same issue and now have orders I’m unable to process due to this. History:

    1. Installed the plugin successfully and had it connected to Facebook.
    2. Decided I didn’t want woocommerce directly connected to Facebook in this manner so I disconnected per instructions, removed plugin, deleted catalog from Facebook, removed app, and deleted user.
    3. Checked my orders on Facebook and it still shows orders are managed by woocommerce.
    4. New order came in, it too shows orders managed by woocommerce but now both are stuck “waiting for acknowledgement from woocommerce”

    I really need help on this as this is going to affect my customer’s experience.

    I actually gave up and forged ahead with using the integration. Thank you for the offer for support, although I must say I am completely stunned with how complex facebook’s commerce settings are. It is appalling. You would have to be insane to deal with it. Woo commerce is utterly simple and easy. However, my client feels differently and wants to sell on facebook.

    You’re welcome @wstone508! I’m sorry for the negative experience. We have a team that is improving the WooCommerce plugin, so hopefully things will become a bit more straightforward soon!

    @harakiro, can you create a new thread for your issue? While problems with similar symptoms often seem like the same issue, they are often different under the hood, so it’s good to get each one in its own thread so it can be evaluated individually. Thanks!
