Full width text not centered on desktop view

Group text on full-width column, displays better on mobile, but on desktop, it is not centering the text or button within the full-width group option. It only centers text and button when I choose wide-width option, but that looks terrible on mobile as elements displays as ‘cramped’ and ‘boxed-in’. Please can anyone help with this?
