Change Footer Color?

If the footer you want to change is the one at https://www.jamfull.com/blog/ and you’re referencing the change from https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic.php?id=23766 then you’d want to make the same type of change to the “.credit” attribute in wp-layout.css

If you do a View Source in your browser on your page and go to the bottom, you’ll see:
class=”credit”
as what is determining the attributes of your footer.
