Empty emails

Thanks for reaching out! Could you please check your email headers to find out from where those emails have been generated? You should be able to identify more information such as the form name, email subjects etc so that you should be able to identify the issue. Here’s a screenshot of an example header.

In case it helps, here’s how you can inspect your headers.

In most cases, if you don’t validate your form fields, the users should be able to submit your forms without content.

Did you check your form validations? Either your form notifications are not set up correctly or validation rules are not set for your form fields.

Thanks for getting in touch. For example, if you’re using any contact forms (or any other forms) on your site, you need to test them and see whether you can submit them without filling the form.

Also check the form notification settings and see whether you have mapped form data correctly, and then only you will receive the data when someone submits your form.

For example, if you’re using a plugin like WPForms Lite on your site, you can refer to the following guide on how to set up form notifications.
