Wodpress critical error on shop page

    Hi there. I installed your plugin, but for some reason is giving me a critical error on wordpress and i can not see my shop page. Can you help?

    Hi darkslayert.

    It seeems on your server there are no enogh RAM to handle filtering of 30K products and it is the reason, why you see the error on shop page.

    But can you please send me to my [email protected] the debug.log file from the /wp-content/ folder on your server? There may be additional info about the problem.

    I just increased the memory_limit on Php to 3Gb and now it′s working but it is so slow. any advices?

    Yes, you can increase speed of your site and speed of the filtering process by optimization of your DB, optimization of your WordPress site at all, consider to using caches like Memcache or Redis and so on. But unfortunately this problem is outside of this plugin support.

    From my side I will add optimizations to my plugin to make it faster on stores with huge count of products, but it will be done in several months.

    P.S. As I saw you have some troubles with SSL on your site. Sometimes your server opens not-secured home page by http instead of httpS protocol. It seems you have to ask hosting support to help to solve this problem.
