I see there are some script errors on your page. You should start by addressing them to find out if they are breaking AudioIgniter’s functionality.
Here is a screenshot with the error I’m getting https://i.imgur.com/n4Gh3Oi.png It appears that there is no element with the .pop-up class on the page.

I checked and it seems the popup is blocking click events. AudioIgniter works fine inside the content but not with this popup plugin. Can you try a different one?

Actually I want to use it in popup.
I write a popup myself and use your plugin in it and it worked well but there was another problem that I couldn’t stop player when I exit popup. How can I change its event to stop it? what can I do?

Hi,
if you are using your own modal you can add this in the close event
jQuery(".ai-audio-control.ai-audio-playing").click()
