• Hello,

I installed WordPress in my control panel, but I cannot access my wp dashboard, cause my index.php and .htaccess files are infected. Apparently, my website got hacked, and I need to find and replace the hacker attack code.
I reinstalled wp so many times and built the website from scratch but the problem keeps happening, because of some malware function. All backups are infected, all I am trying to do is install and keep a clean WordPress, or rewrite the codes in the wp files, i just don’t know-how.
My host doesn’t want to take any responsibility (even though it’s 403 error, server error), Elementor says: ” I was able to access the file manager and removed both Elementor and Elementor Pro and the dashboard error is still occurring. We honestly believe this issue is occurring on the server-side which would require your website host to look into the issue further.”

Could someone help me fix this? Thanks! Nicoleta
