Consolidating shipments for multi-vendor platform

I’m using wcfm multi-vendor plug-in and pluginhive WooCommerce Shipping Services plug-in.

I have three stores that I’ve created that relate to different product groupings. They are my stores (as opposed to a separate vendor) and if a customer buys products across my three stores, I don’t want to charge them shipping three separate times for something that I can consolidate and send in one shipment.

Is there any way to consolidate the shipments across the three stores aside from adding the products all into one store?
