Custom colors and some settings do not want to change

The website was working fine until it changed and reset all the colors that were set up with the theme customizer. It also changed the logo on the mobile page to deafulte and some other minor settings.
In the theme customizer this things are setup properly but on the main page (and preview) the colors are set to deafulte.

With custom css I can change colors of elements but some settings in theme customizer just don’t want to work.

Elements set to deafulte and don’t want to change with theme customizer(has the right settings):
– primary colors of the theme (they are now yellow)
– Custom logo on the mobile page
– Custom mobilehomepage
– Support menu
