About PRO version for unlimited websites

    Hi. More than a month ago I sent an email to your support, asking a question about PRO version for unlimited websites. However, nobody answered me (and it’s the second time this happened), so I will duplicate this email’s text here. I hope, that you will answer it:

    “Hi, I am using a paid version of Asset CleanUp for 1 site, and in future I am planning to buy a license for unlimited websites. However, I have some questions:

    Currently, I have only 1 site, but someday will make others. So if I will buy a license for unlimited sites, but won’t activate it anywhere within 1 year, then what will happen? Will this license disappear and I won’t be able to activate it after 1 year will pass?

    And if I’ll be able to acitvate it after 1 year will pass, then what version of plugin will be there (the last update at the time when I buy the plugin / the last update of the license expiration date / other)?

    Thanks in advance for an answer!”

    @giorgos93 I managed to find your ticket! My apologies for this late reply! Thank you for your interest in a different license of the Pro version. If you upgrade to “Unlimited” and then you just do not use it, the license will expire and you need to renew it (with a discount) after one year.

    Usually, people update the plugin and if they don’t renew the license, they will just stick with the latest plugin version prior to the expiration of the license. If you will decide to stop the renewal (e.g. perhaps you want to take a break for a month or two and renew it later), then I could provide to you without any problems the most recent version before the expiration of the license.

    Okay, but what about my question about several websites? I’ll make a fictional example:

    Let’s say that I have 2 websites. And I decided to buy a Pro version for unlimited websites. So I always updated your plugin on both websites, untill it’s license expired (1 year). And 1 year later I created a third website. So can I activate on new website the last version of your plugin (last version, that was, before it expired)? Or I have to buy another license in order to activate Pro version of this plugin?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
