    Hello

since a long time now, I am getting bunches of PHP warning in my logs (actually maybe one every 30 seconds)

PHP Warning: strstr(): Empty needle in [path]/wp-content/plugins/events-manager/em-posts.php on line 273

I’m up to date on all my websites plugins, including EM of course.

How to solve it (out of stopping my PHO log ;)) ?

    Regards
    Matt

    Hi,

Did you already tried to temporarily disabled wp_debug? also, does it makes any difference using EM 5.10 and what is your current PHP version?

    Hi

    thanks for your reply.

those messages are in my PHP log (actually, they are the only one in it…), independently of wp_debug value. For now it is disabled; enabling it just adds similar logs in wordpress log file.

I am using EM 5.10 & PHP 7.4, I am nearly 100% sure that I noticed such message 2/3 months ago already (running the at-the-time current version of EM + PHP 7.3).

    Hello

    5.11 still has issue.

I found this threads with exact same messages: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/strstr-empty-needle/
(+ found another one in French).

    All unsolved.

Is there anything new ? Do you need to access to my site ?

    Hi @angelo_nwl

it seems that filling-out the location slug in page configuration of the plugin removes the warning.

Isn’t the plugin supposed to provide default slugs if nothing is set in plugin configuration ?

filling-out the location slug in page configuration of the plugin removed the warning.
