Hello I’ve my website made with OceanWP + Elementor, Suddenly my anchor links on this page Reference Page stop working, if I’m on the Elementor Editor they work fine but on the frontend doesn’t work.

I just change the Theme to Twenty Twenty because no plugin was making conflict and the buttons with anchor link are working fine when I change the Theme, the problem is that I can not change my theme because I already have the site finished, how can I fix this issue, the anchor where working but I think the last OceanWP Update make them stop work

I also have the same problem and I also noticed that turning off ocean extra works, but ocean extra is needed.
We hope they will show us a solution.

Hello,

As a check, you are using an elementor template and there is no header/navigation section showing there.

Kindly try to create a page with default theme settings and check the menu is working or facing the same issue.

Please go to Theme Panel > Scripts & styles, and enable all the scripts & styles files, and check.

Also, share the snapshots of the settings.

Hello i just fix it, I checked activating the header of the page as @abhikr781 told me and when i had the default header activated the button works, then i just hide it with CSS because i don-t wnat the header on this landing page and it just looks that works fine thnx

As I am using the network version of WordPress, I can’t find the “Theme Panel, Styles and Options” section. Any suggestions here?

@sneoo4 , you need to install the Ocean extra plugin with oceanwp to get the Theme Panel option on the Dashboard.
