hi, i set up a feed and connected the URL to google merchant centre

    but i get this message…

The product data you submitted in your feed does not meet the product data specification, so your products were not approved. Fix and update your feed to display products to customers. To see all issues, go to Diagnostics.

i used the standard settings so I am at a complete loss as to what needs to be done or where i even start.

Could you share the issues mentioned in the diagnostics with us?

    Hello Matt,

This is to little information for us to work with.
So could you check the diagnostics, look a bit further and you will find what exactly is wrong in the feed.

Could you also send the link to your XML file?

    I found the errors.

one image needs to be crawled (that is fine)

ALL products do not have a GTIN (they are custom products) but i do not know how to record this on the attribute. I have read that you can change it to ‘identifier_exists’ – FALSE but the plugin i am using does not allow this.

    >>>> a side note is that i read it is good for reach/conversions etc to add a GTIN so if you suggest it i will do so, but wanted to get the feed running for now.

Lastly, it stays that the MultiPack number is wrong. I have tried NO, 0 and just leaving it blank, but it doesnt like any of them. I just tried “individual use” but to no avail.

identifier_exists is an attribute you find in the feed editor.
Just set it to no and you will be good.

In your case adding a GTIN number would probably not be of benefit because there will be no other data from a manufacturer or shop Google can connect with via the GTIN number.

You can keep the Multi pack to — select source field —
So just do nothing with it.
