    After installation of plug-in, facebook for woocommerce, all my products are able to be auto-populated in Facebook shop.

    However, non of the variant size (standard, deluxe, superior) showed up in the front end of my facebook shop (oharaflorist) but I could see each of them in the commerce manager > catalog clearly for each product.

    Checked with Facebook support and was referred back to this forum because they said that it’s an issue with woocommerce setting instead of Facebook setting.

    Need help as I’m not able to find any similar problem/issue in the forum.

    Could you check if your product variations are listed here: https://d.pr/i/Cv34gi – if yes do the links load, when you click them?

    Since they looked into this. Did they maybe mention why?
    They said since variant ID is generated inside facebook shop therefore it’s variant setup issue in woocommerce instead of facebook shop because they populate according to the data populated from woocommerce.

    Also, just to confirm, on each of the individual variations, are they set to “Sync and Show in Catalog” (not “Sync and hide in catalog”):

    seems that all variants are showing sync and show… I’m suspecting is it we need to have individual product photos in order to show in facebook shop?

    Hi there,

    Are you able to try a reset on the product sync?

    You can use the following code for the reset:

    After seeing that the products were reset as expected, you can remove the code as it would no longer be needed.

    reset didn’t work. product still show sync and show but variants not showing up in facebook shop while in commerce manager, I can see all the variants created.

    Is there a step by step setting for creating product in woo commerce that will populate the variant correctly? Do we need separate photos for each variants or separate web link in order to show up in the facebook shop correctly?

    Thank you for attempting this and letting us know what you’re seeing, at this point if resetting the products did not work you may want to attempt reconnecting Facebook for WooCommerce entirely. To do so please follow the steps linked below and let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue.

    Tried reconnecting facebook for woocommerce entirely already but the problem still exist. am clueless on how to solve this matter already. hope can advise further.
