First, I found your support article: https://postmansmtp.com/invalid-to-or-reply-to-e-mail-address/. This is a slightly different issue, and the fixes in your post didn’t fix this issue.

I built three sites for three different organizations. We’ll call them CA, CO, and FL (for California, Colorado, and Florida). I started with CA, and cloned copies for the other two states. Post SMTP was on the first site (CA). I then changed all the settings in Post SMTP for sending emails on the other two sites.

All other WP notification emails and contact form responses are working correctly, with the correct Reply-to information.

However, we just added WooCommerce to all three sites. The email notifications sent from the CO and FL sites via WooCommerce show Reply-to information for California. There doesn’t appear to be any location to set this default Reply-to address.

Do you know if WooCommerce has an aversion to your plugin, or ignoring the “Prevent plugins and themes from changing this” checkbox? Or any other suggestions? I haven’t tried simply turning your plugin off and using the default PHP mail sending method. I haven’t checked with WooCommerce support yet as it seems to be linked to PostSMTP. Or, if you know where we might look in the database?
