How to show selected posts from Custom Post Type and/or Custom Field?

    To whom it may concern:

    I have 2 questions please.

    One, if I want to show a table of selected items of a custom post type, how do I do that? Is there a shortcode example?

    Two, if I want to show a table of selected posts based on certain value of custom field, how do I do that? Is there a shortcode example?
