Tag Mapping Pro Feature

    Hi everyone,

    I’ve seen that in the General Settings there is a Pro feature called “WP User Role Based Tag Mapping”. The subtext is “Assign or Remove tags when a contact assign to a user role.”

    Does it mean that when a new user subscribes I can assign him a tag based on his user role?

    Example: A user subscribes with a “Driver” user role, hence I can tag him automatically as “Driver Subscription”?

  • Hello Alex,

    The example that you mentioned is the exact use case of this feature.

    You can assign tags or remove tags from a contact based on the user role that is set if you enable the Role-Based Tagging feature.
