is it possible to hide SKU section when there is no SKU number?

hi,
some products in my client’s webshop don’t use SKU numbers. when there is no SKU number it says “not available” (or “niet beschikbaar” as it’s in dutch on her site).
my question is, is there a way to hide that section if there is no SKU number rather than it saying “not available”?. she would like it not to say “not available” because she said that a couple of her clients have taken the “not available” to mean that the product isn’t available.
if it’s not possible to hide that section if there’s no number available, is it possible to change the wording to something like “none” instead?

To achieve this, you will need to use either jQuery or JavaScript.
