Font color settings do not work

  • I have set the color and it is shown correctly in the preview, but changes when I send the preview email.

    Sorry to hear this! Have you tried clearing your cache? Is this happening for all WooCommerce email types?

    Hey Hannah!

    Yes, I cleared the cache multiple times. It also happens to other recipients and all WooCommerce email types.

    Another thing: I can’t seem to move this line up: https://ibb.co/gJjPp8M. What am I doing wrong?

    Hey Carina,
    Have you tried deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting? That could be a good thing to try.
    Try using this css to decrease the spacing:

    .email-spacing-wrap {
    margin-bottom: 20px !important;
}
