    Hello

    I used the name Ba’al Shem Tov, and in the first name Ba’al it came in the receipt as Ba\’al (with a forward slash).
    How can this be fixed?

    I’m not sure how we can reproduce your error. Could you show us an image (screenshot) of this on the PDF document? Could you also show us a screenshot of the name entered in the order details screen (order back-end)?
