• Hi,

when embedding a google map on my home page i am getting this error on the front end:

“Google Maps Platform rejected your request. Invalid request. Invalid ‘pb’ parameter.”

The code i used to embed it is:

    <iframe src="https://www.google.com/maps/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d3261.966328417142!2d138.5187236157768!3d-35.157460494514865!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x6ab1265fc7683a8f%3A0x2ce351c8739575de!2sMick%20O'Shea's%20Hotel!5e0!3m2!1sen!2sau!4v1627603120692!5m2!1sen!2sau" width="2000" height="500" style="border:0;" allowfullscreen="" loading="lazy"></iframe>

Can I please have some help resolving this?

    Thanks,
    Molly

  • The code you have looks ok to me, I tested on my site and it worked.

If you are using the Block Editor, paste the code using a Custom HTML block.
If you are using the Classic Editor, use HTML editing mode and paste the code.

    Hi,

I have tried both of these ways but neither have worked – is there another way I can do this?

    Thanks,
    Molly
