webp is not supported by the PDF specification, so it would need to be converted to PNG or JPG to be able to include it in the PDF. You could upload a separate JPG logo (and other images you want to show) for usage in the PDF though?

    Hi @brianmdp,

Since we haven’t heard back from you in the last two weeks, we’re assuming you solved this issue, so I’ll go ahead and mark this ticket as Resolved.

Feel free to open a new topic if you have more questions!

    Hello

google seems to be promoting Webp images (giving lower scores to sites that use other image formats )
since we want te start using webp, and also print the images on the pdf throug this plugin, is there no way to eclude the webp images on the pdf, in the near future?
or are these two formats incompatible?

    Thank you

webp support is on its way and we should be able to include it somewhere in the next few weeks. But for the free version this shouldn’t matter much since the header logo is the only image in the Simple template (besides custom templates of course), and you can simply upload a JPG version for usage in the PDF specifically. If you have a license for the Premium Templates and are using the function to display thumbnails, send us an email (make sure to include your license key) and we’ll see if we can provide a temporary solution for you!
