    Hi there,

    Did to try to uninstall and reinstall the Jetpack plugin? If it is not working too, please log in to your site via FTP or SFTP or cPanel > File Manager and go to the wp-content/plugins/ folder and delete the folder named jetpack.

    Once done, log in to WordPress Admin, reinstall the Jetpack plugin from WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New, and reconnect it.
