    I have created a new user but that user is not able to access the customize page that is under Appearance. I have tried disabling all plugins but even that didn’t resolve the issue.

    Please help me resolve this issue.

    You’ll want to make sure their user role has access to the customizer. Not all roles can access the customer.

    You can find the role by going to the Users section of the dashboard and searching for the user in the list. The role will be listed there.

    Also, if changes were made to the built-in roles, those won’t be changed back by deactivating plugins. Those changes can remain after plugins are removed. That could also affect access to the customizer for roles that typically can use it.

    Let us know what you find out.

    I needed a new role just like administrator but with some limited access. So I created a new user just like administrator with the help of user role editor plugin. Everything works fine but the new user cant customize certain parts of the website like changing screen options, going to customize page from appearance tab.

    How to solve this? Any custom code will also work, just help me solve this

    It sounds like you’ll need to add additional capabilities to this new user role. You should be able to do that with the User Role Editor.

    This support article has resources about many of the capabilities. Try looking through those and see if you can locate the ones that are missing that are keeping you from being able to do what you have in mind.
