permalink structure-

there in an option of permalink custom structure . here whatever I put , blog installation path is automatically added as prefix. my domain- https://www.schoolsearch.in
blog installation directory- https://www.schoolsearch.in/blog
permalink structure- https://www.schoolsearch.in/blogs/blog title

basically I want to make urls different from installation directory
how can I do this.
