    Hi
I want to use this to have a single donation product only.
I do not want it to appear on any other products.
When the plugin is activated it appears on all products.

Is there any way to have this only active on one product?

BTW, I have disabled it at the moment as it isn’t good for customers to see this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Same question here. Even if the global enable checkbox is not checked, the name price box is still visible on all of the products… actually, this should not be the case, since there is also the option to set the price per product.

    Hello @gwlshop and @greyrocket,
Thanks for reaching out. The plugin lets you configure the prices both globally and for individual products. Please make sure the settings is configured on Product level. You may read through this artcle. Feel free to contact our support if you still face any trouble.

    Thanks

That’s exactly what we did but if it is disabled globally and just set for individual products it still shows the field with and says false.

    Hello @gwlshop,

Hope you have checked for conflict with any other plugin. We would like to check on your site. Could you please raise a support ticket with us?

    Thanks

We’ve checked for plugin and theme conflict but the issue is not related to a conflict. I will raise a support ticket

Just for your info. ELEX WooCommerce Name Your Price is not selectable in your support form under “product name”. Since this is a required field I have just selected “Woocomemrce Flexible Pricing” and have put the plugin name in the subject line…
