    Hi,

    I contact you because I have trouble with woocommerce. I used PDF VOUCHERS CODES and when a person command a vouchers code, the payment is received but the person don’t receive the email with the download link.

    I have this error message in my checkout page =>

    woocommerce Notice: Undefined variable: product_id in /www/lbflabeerfabrique_847/public/wp-content/themes/lbf/woocommerce/checkout/review-order.php on line 67

    Do you know what’s happen ?

    Are you using a plugin (or custom code) to have the PDF Voucher code functionality?

    Yes I use the plugin “WooCommerce – PDF Vouchers”.

    Do you know how fix the problem ?

    Hi @elsa31,

    The notice points to your theme which seems to have overridden one of the WooCommerce checkout files.

    Could you try to do a test order while performing a conflict test to see if the issue persists with a different theme?
