Upgrade failure

I tried to manually upgrade to WP latest version having first created a new SQL Database in my server to meet requirement s of this version.

I had a problem with the wp-config file message that it was missing. Pop-up indicated that I could create one , requested my URL email and sub domains— stupidly en^KjMIl^bHcVc tered a WP_Sandbox a folder on my root…. and help I created me a new blog– with the old blogs URL.
Now Ive lost my blog and can’t get the other to work either.

Any suggestions?

with regard to what was missing in the config and why it wasn’t recognized

I guess i can’t delete the new account?

My old account must be at my email address that is different to the new blog I registred

I cannot login to my old account

All files are backed up my concern is that my blog url is now pointing to the new blog that has nothing on
