Email Notification Settings?

    I just installed this plugin and cannot for the life of me find the interface from the screenshots that shows how to set up rules.

    I can see the log itself and settings screen. But the settings screen only has a display options. Are they listed as new but not released yet?

    I’m sure I’m missing something obvious. Can anyone tell me where to look for these?
