LIghtbox Links Jump To Top of Page

I’m using the Colorbox Lightbox plugin as a way to show the bio’s of these people within Elementor, but when someone clicks the link, it jumps them to the top of the page. I thought it might be just because the anchor tag in the link was undefined, but even when I added an anchor tag, it still does it (see the bio link for Mr.Gerro). What can I do to just have the viewport stay where it is so there’s not a need for the user to scroll back down to see the lightbox content?
