    Hi Support team!

    I have recently been experiencing problems with a web form where after a user submits the form, the submission is recorded twice and recipients receive the email twice. I troubleshooted by disabling custom plugins that are dependent on Ninja Forms, including optimizer/cache plugins. Not sure of whether this issue I am facing is unique to me or can be replicated on your end.

    Can you make sure that you have only one Store Submission action active on your form.
