I Purchased with NexusThemes but they gave me Oceanwp

Sorry to hear about your experience.

We don’t sell OceanWP (it’s entirely free to download and use as you can see here on WordPress), neither do we have resellers. This goes for all our products, including full website demos.

I’m not that familiar with the company you purchased from, but it appears they only sell templates based on existing WordPress themes.

NexusThemes is not our partner, neither are we familiar with their business, so I’m afraid you’ll need to clear this up with them and I hope you will get the problem resolved soon.

OceanWP provides Ocean Core Extensions Bundle, but, like previously explained, we do not have resellers and this is the official page: https://oceanwp.org/core-extensions-bundle/

If you have a problem/question about the OceanWP theme alone, you can most definitely post a thread and that’s something we are here to help with.

When it comes to purchases and agreements with third-parties, I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do.
