No customer list is displaying in customer submenu inside woocoomerce (screenshot – https://i.ibb.co/QbNSQ2k/wporg.png) . All users are already in the site & they display properly in wordpress’s user section. The analytics section (/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fanalytics%2Foverview) is also working fine.
But i am not able to see the the list of customers in woocommerce -> customers

I have used the following option to solve the problem –
1 I have also used ‘Import Historical Data’ option but it is not working in my case.
2.I have also check by enabling and disabling the plugins. But this is also not working.

    WooCommerce & WordPress details –
    WooCommerce version:5.5.1
    WordPress version:5.8
    WooCommerce database version:5.5.1
    PHP version:7.4.16
    cURL version:7.58.0, OpenSSL/1.1.1j

    Thanks`

    Hi @devs121outsource,

Can you check if you have pending scheduled actions under Woocommerce -> Status -> Scheduled Actions? If so, please run them and check again.

In general, you’ll want to perform a full conflict test which involves changing to a default theme like Storefront as well as disabling all other plugins.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

We’ll be here if you require further help.

    HI @rainfallnixfig
    Thanks for reply

As per your guidance I checked the Scheduled Actions section , there is no any pending task but I found 2 failed tasks. Image Attached https://ibb.co/YbLTLS4. I don’t know why these are failed.

    Thanks

    Thanks for getting back.

It seems that the import process is failing. There could be several reasons for this, but mostly it’s either server resources getting depleted or a plugin/theme conflict interfering with the process.

    Thus, kindly try the following:

    • Try importing the customer data with all other plugins disabled apart from WooCommerce and while using a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty-One. More details in this guide.
    • Check WooCommerce → Status → Logs for any relevant error logs such as memory exhaustion and share them with us or your host.

Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks.

    Hi @abwaita
    Thanks for reply
I found that wooCommerce is using /wp-json/wc-analytics/reports/customers?orderby=date_last_active&order=desc&page=1&per_page=25&_locale=user rest API for getting the details. In site health option I found some REST API related error (Please see the link) https://i.ibb.co/KVtJQjP/wporg4.png
is this may be the reason?

    Thanks.

    Hi @devs121outsource ??

rest API for getting the details. In site health option I found some REST API related error (Please see the link) https://i.ibb.co/KVtJQjP/wporg4.png

For this, I’d recommend you to reach out to your hosting provider as they are better equipped to help you out with these two errors.

No customer list is displaying in customer submenu inside woocoomerce (screenshot – https://i.ibb.co/QbNSQ2k/wporg.png) .

Now, when you load the WooCommerce → Customers page, right-click anywhere, and then in the menu that pops up, select “Inspect/Console” (it might be named slightly differently based on your browser).

Then the tools that will pop up will have a space called “Console”.

From there, please send us a screenshot of what’s being displayed in the browser console.

    Thank you ??
