Can’t see dashboard as staff

I have checked all threads and tried all solutions.

I have uninstalled woocommerce plugins.

I have made my subscriber have read mode enabled.

When I login using website.com/wp-admin to a teacher role, there is no menu or dashboard items available and goes straight to the homepgae.

I am using the pro version
