    Sorry update, I should have mentioned, this doesn’t happy to all categories, so far just this one!

    Hi there ??

    I have just checked your site, and I cannot see any difference in prices. It shows the same price for the category page list and the single product page.

    For example, the Second Hand Levante Pocket Trumpet maintains the $150 price for both pages.

    Could you please provide us with a full-screen uncropped screenshot in order to understand where the issue is located and provide you with guidance? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL here. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    I have done some more testing, and it is not happening all all browsers. my results:

    MS edge on desktop (never used or personalised) : Tax difference
    chrome on desktop (using work profile) : Tax difference
    chrome on desktop (using work profile) (incognito): Tax difference
    chrome on desktop (using personal profile) : OK
    chrome on desktop (using personal profile) (incognito) : Tax difference
    Brave on desktop : Tax difference
    Chrome on phone : OK
    Chrome on phone (incognito): Tax difference

    (it may not happen for you if your not in the UK)

    Recently we are getting notified of this by customers on a regular basis.

    In order to help you to troubleshoot this issue, please share the following WooCommerce logs:

    • System Status: found under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Error log: found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs
