For some reason, when someone tries to checkout using Amazon Pay, it won’t allow any state other than the state in which I am located. I’m using Woocommerce Amazon Pay 2.0.3. It appears to be setup okay, as it will process orders within my state. Any suggestions?

  • Hi!

    Only when using Amazon Pay?
Because you can define the states you sell to in WooCommerce.

Yes. I’m guessing it is the same issue as discussed in this support request. I don’t think the plug-in has been updated since then. I’ve had to disable it in the interim, as it is obviously an unacceptable shopping experience.

    Hey @schittenden

    Hope you are doing well!

Are you using some shipping plugin like USPS?

    Let us know.

The site uses Flat Rate Boxes and Shippo Shipping for Woocommerce.

To be clear, the message is appearing on Amazon’s page where the customer can select the shipping address after selecting Amazon Pay.

Do you mean the shipping settings for the shop? They’re limited to the US and Canada. This problem only appears when using Amazon Pay. I’ll fill out the form. I assume this is the same issue that you said was known two months ago and indicated would be fixed in the next release.
