    Hi!

I created a popup with an elementor video widget inside of it. The popup appears according to the triggers, but the video is not shown. All other videos on the website are shown correctly.

If I go to complianz > integrations > services and diasable the youtube integrations, the video in the popup is visible again.

This is what the console is showing:

    Uncaught TypeError: elementorFrontend.elementsHandler is undefined

    Hello @tissi2,

Could you try enabling the “Enable the Cookie blocker for AJAX loaded content” setting, found under Complianz > Settings?

Let me know if that works!
    Kind regards,

    Hi Jarno,

unfortunately this did not do the trick. I narrowed down the problem to the elementor “on scroll to element” trigger ( in my case a class ) for the popup. If I use an other trigger e.g. 50% page scroll, I do not have a problem with the video and subsequent content. With the “on scroll to element” trigger activated, there are images missing in subsequent columns. The space of the images is still occupied. Maybe this helps a little bit more.

    Best regards

    Hi @tissi2,

Thank you for providing these additional details. Do you have “Lazy loading” enabled for the YouTube video, and does it make a difference when toggling this option on/off?

I had tested this with the Page Scroll trigger set to 10%, using that trigger works fine indeed. We will have to investigate further into the “on scroll to element” trigger and why this doesn’t behave as expected.

I guess the workaround would be to use a similar trigger instead of “on scroll to element” in the meantime.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi Jarno,

I also tried the lazy load feature, but it did not help, too. It′s the on scroll trigger in combination with complianz that causes this misbehaviour.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Best regards

    Hi @tissi2,

I’ve been trying to reproduce this, but on my testing environment both the “On Scroll to Element” trigger as well as the regular “On Scroll” trigger seem to work in combination with the YouTube element in a popup.

Perhaps you could share an URL of your site, as well as the settings you are using for the pop-up triggers? That would allow us to investigate further.

If you’d rather not share an URL publicly, you can reach out to us with a support ticket on https://complianz.io/support/.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi community,

Upon closer inspection, the issue turned out to be unrelated to Complianz. Therefore I will mark this thread as resolved, if anyone experiences a similar issue, please feel free to open a new support thread.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
