    Hi @isabel98

    Thanks for your question!

I have Google Tag manager installed in my web and also have WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin that allows me to see Conversions in Analytics.

I found out with Tag assistant that the property ID it has been tracked twice.

When you use Google Tag Manager as well it’s possible that the property ID is tracked twice.

It could be that you have two GA scripts loaded one using our plugin and the rest loaded in GTM and or manually added using a plugin, etc.

To resolve the issue, please follow a guide as explained in this helpful article: Same web property ID is tracked twice

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

Hi, thank you for your answer.
I followed the guide you provide, and yes, it’s true that I have 2 “send pageview” calls, with and without the “gtm” preface. And I imagine one is from GTM and the other from the plugin.

I would like to mantain the GTM, because I have a lot of configuration there…so, the solution then would be just unistall your plugin? Did I get that right?

I like this plugin because it allows us to see the ecommerce conversion in Analytics… Is there other way to do that?

    Thanks

    Hi @isabel98,

If you have two analytics solutions tracking the same events, then you might see duplication. We have a filter that you can use to prevent “send pageview” in WooCommerce Google Analytics.
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/#disabling-pageview

While this is a developer level change and we are unable to provide support for customizations, there is another topic here on the edit that may help:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-disable-pageviews/

Additionally, be sure to uncheck “Enable Standard Tracking” if it is checked.

Using that filter would be a good way to be able to keep using both analytics within WooCommerce and the additional GTM configurations. Hope that helps!

Hi, thank you so much for your reply Darcie. I first tried to uncheck the “Enable Standard Tracking” as you suggested and works fine. No need to use the filter in my case.
The pageview duplication no longer appears ??

    Thank you
    Regards
