URL to open – tel:

many thanks for your fast support and fix. It will fixes the issue. By the way – do you know a HTML-Link/URL for “Signal or Threema” App like WhatsApp (e.g. https://wa.me/+xxxxxxxxxx)?

Sorry, I do not know of any URL/Link for Signal or Threema.
