Passwords are not working

    Hi
    I am using retain password option as yes and trying to login but it doesn’t work. Is there anything else I need to do?

    Hi @rujuta999,

    Please tell us whether you are migrating users or importing new users using a CSV file. If you are importing new users with a custom password then please select No for the option Retain user passwords.
