Lol nah bro, the plugin obviously works great, as evidenced by 30K+ users and a near 5-star rating average.

If you want actual help diagnosing and resolving any issue, try posting in the plugin’s support forum. Because, that’s why it’s there: so developers can try to help people who need it. We want to help, but you have to at least give us a chance.

It doesn’t really matter how many downloads you have and star rating you received.

Your plugin should work straight out of the box. But it’s not.

Even though I’m an experienced WP user, you should think of 99% users that downloaded your plugin and they haven’t got a single clue what “Inspect element” is.

My rating stands still.

Look, your profile says you’re new. So I thought I would explain that, here in the WordPress community, people give developers a chance to help and resolve any issue. Instead of just running as fast as you can to trash the plugin with a poor review. Even a cursory glance thru some of the support threads will show you that:

• Response times are super fast
• I genuinely care about my users

It’s why I’ve been developing this free plugin for many years now. Giving my time to help the WordPress community protect their sites against bad bots.

I think everyone here has only one life and same as me hates wasting time on questions that never get answered or take way too much hassle to get involved with.

If you sacrificed years developing this plugin, sacrifice 1 hour more of your time each and every single day to make this plugin perfect for everyone, so you don’t have to deal with grumpy people like me.
