How to start over with this plugin?

    I am getting this fatal error, initially on version 1.4.0:

    I have tried rolling back to version 1.3.0 but cannot get the Settings tab to load anything.

    I have tried deleting and adding the plugin back from scratch but I can’t get back to the initial startup. How do I start over?

    The answer I was looking for was:

    DELETE FROM wp_options
where option_name like 'gla_%';
