Affiliates Manager And Reseller Hosting

    I’m a web hosting reseller and I just installed the free version of Affiliates Manager. Click tracking is not a problem but I’m just wondering how will commissions be tracked if all ordering and payment is handled by my hosting provider? That is, the ordering and payment forms do not reside on my WP installation.
