“Session error” on search bar autosuggestions

    Hi, it’s been a while since I’ve had a session error in my page’s automatic search engine suggestions. I would like to know how it can be solved, it is not fixed by clearing the cache.

    I leave an image so you can see what I mean.

    Now I see this error is happening to you in your demo too.

    When I search for something in your demo, the search bar says “session error” instead of showing automatic suggestions.

    Admin-ajax show this on network setting from browser.

    success: false, data: “Session error !!”}
    data: “Session error !!”
    success: false

    and on elements show
    <li class=”ui-menu-item”>Session error !!

    Another important piece of information is that the error only happens when you are not logged in.

    If you log in as a user, the error does not appear.

    Hello,

    We found the issue it happens for the cache. In our demo server, we use a cache plugin to optimize but tested in another server it works.

    Please clear cache it will work.

    Also for theme support create tickets on our website.

    Ok, if you were so nice, could you tell me how you solved it? Since in my case clear cache is not working. If you could tell me how to solve it or some specific configuration, since my users cannot use the search engine correctly and it affects the operation of my website.
