Form Fields won’t update on Users Tab

    Hi. I created a registration form using Pie Register.
    After a new user submits the form, I noticed that the information of the form fields won’t appear on the WordPress Admin Dashboard (Users Tab).
    Also, an email was sent to the admin saying “Hello Admin, A new user has been registered on your Website. Details are given below:”, but then no details appear on it.

    Is there any necessary step I skipped? Your help would be much appreciated.

    Hi,

    Is it happening for all the Pie Register fields?
    It is possible that the theme or any plugin is conflicting with Pie Register functionality. Please try to switch your theme and deactivate other plugins.

    Please check if you have added the replacement keys in the Admin Email template.
    Go to PR Menu > Email Notification > Admin Notification
