WebP Issues

Hello,
I tried WebP plugin on stage, and everything works fine. When I tried on live, with the same configuration, I have issues. Some of images are broken, all I can see is black background.
And also, on stage site I can’t see the whole url with webpc-passthru.php, and on live site image urls are like this -> https://[site-name]/wp-content/webpc-passthru.php?src=https://[site-name]/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/PR-Banner-SoftSwiss-x-5star.jpg&nocache=1
