    Hello,

    I configured Stripe but when a client pays a new order through Stripe, the order status still appears as “payment pending” and doesn’t change to “Paid”.

    How can I fix it?

    Did I forget to configure anything in Stripe?

  • Hi Esteban @neolo-webhosting,

    First, to be clear, when a payment goes through, the default order status in WooCommerce is “Processing.” In your case, is the order stuck in “Pending payment”?

    Next, can you please go over the steps here just to make sure you didn’t miss anything: Setup and Configuration?

    Finally, if you’re still having issues after confirming your setup, can you please share a copy of your System Status Report with us? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
