Error at point of order being placed

    Hi

    I had the order minimum/maximum plugin installed . It was stopping woocommerce from displaying the ‘Order complete/Thank you’ page once an order had been submitted. Instead, the empty cart page would be shown. The plugin seems to be preventing the checkout page from redirecting to the Thank you page once an order is submitted.

    I only discovered this by process of elimination after deactivating my plugins one by one and generating a new order each time.
    After deactivating the plugin, the ‘Order complete/Thank you’ page is being displayed after an order is placed

    I should add that I’m using the Flatsome theme

    Hi,

    In the plugin’s settings, General tab, can you please check, under the checkout options, what options you have selected there?

    It might be you have enabled the block checkout page.

    Hi

    Yes I did have the block checkout page enabled. But once the cart reaches the required amount and a transaction is completed, the plugin is re directing to the empty cart page rather than the default thank you page
